SANTIAGO - The New Zealand rugby sevens side has made it two out of two in the IRB World Sevens series for 2002, winning the second round of the tournament in Chile today.
In the final they defeated Argentina, 21-7, scoring three tries to one.
Earlier today they had defeated Australia in their quarterfinal, then Eric Rush and the team beat arch-rivals Fiji 19-17 in a close semifinal.
Argentina made it to the final after a dream run of results, culminating in a 14-7 victory over South Africa in the other semi.
