New Zealand rowers Graham Oberlin-Brown and reigning champion Joseph Sullivan secured impressive victories in the semifinals of the lightweight and heavyweight single sculls at the under-23 world championships in Germany yesterday.
The New Zealand men's four also booked a place in their final by finishing third in the semifinals at Brandenburg.
The men's eight, who finished sixth in the semifinal, will race in the B final. The women's four put a disappointing semifinal behind them to win their B final.
