New Zealand's under-23 rowing squad descend on Amsterdam this weekend for the world championships.
Leading the charge are two members of the women's quadruple sculls crew looking to defend their title in the Netherlands.
Bess Halley and Darnelle Timbs of Gisborne are joined by Clementine Marshal and Rebecca Scown from Wanganui, while the other two members from last year's crew -- Jaime Nielsen and Fiona Paterson -- team up in the double sculls.
New Zealand will also be represented in the men's coxless four with Hamish Bond, Hamish Burson, Campbell Winter and David Schumacher.
