Former international coxswain and coach Alan Cotter will take up the role of high performance manager at Rowing New Zealand.
Cotter succeeds Andrew Matheson who left after the Beijing Olympics to join Rowing Australia. RNZ also announced that Judith Hamilton will take the role of support services manager for its high performance branch.
Cotter, 52, will focus on the immediate management and development of the international teams at elite,
under-23 and junior level.
