Top jockey Brad Rawiller isn't one to settle for second best but he couldn't have been happier for his sister Stacey who beat him to win her first city race at Sandown on Roof Raiser.
The Rawillers provided the quinella in Saturday's Flying Spur At Arrowfield Stud Handicap (1300m) with Brad's mount Hairy going down by a neck in a thrilling finish.
Stacey, 21, joins her brothers Brad and Nash as city-winning riders while another brother, Todd, rode for 18 months without city success but is now a successful trainer.
Rawiller has had more than 40 winners since she began riding 2 years ago and Roof Raiser, trained at Echuca by Dennis Oliver, was her fourth city ride in Melbourne.
