Talented sprinting mare Satin Shoes will return to the racetrack after failing to get in foal during the spring.
Satin Shoes was served by first-season sire Pierro at Coolmore Stud but with no pregnancy resulting she was returned to Clarry Conners' Warwick Farm stable.
A four-time stakes winner and group one-placed in the 2011 Coolmore Stud Stakes, won by Sepoy, Satin Shoes will be aimed at 1100m races, a distance she has won at five times.
The decision to retire Satin Shoes was made by her owner, Edmund Bateman, after she suffered a knee injury when she was galloped on in the Lightning Stakes at Eagle Farm in June.
Conners said the wound had completely healed and he was thrilled to have her back.
