New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing is about to lose the services of chief stipendiary steward Reid Sanders.
He is to leave the organisation to become the director of racing and chief stipendiary steward of the Macau Jockey Club in the former Portuguese colony near Hong Kong.
Sanders is still negotiating a start date for his new roles but NZTR expects to be without him from late August-early September.
