Promising 3-year-old Crossthestart has arrived in Brisbane for a winter campaign.
The Cape Cross gelding, winner of three of five starts, will be aimed at the group two A$250,000 ($304,000) Queensland Guineas (1600m) at Eagle Farm on June 9.
Crossthestart had been trained by Ralph Manning at Cambridge but will join the stable of fellow New Zealand trainer Roger James while in Brisbane and could have his first start there next week.
Meanwhile, Ginga Dude has transferred from the stable of Jim Pender to the partnership of Alan Jones and Brett McDonald.
