Victorian trainer Richard Laming has lost his appeal to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal against a three-year disqualification.
Laming was ousted by the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board last month on each of three charges laid by Racing Victoria stewards dealing with the prohibited substance EPO being detected in out-of-competition blood samples.
The appeal was heard last week by Judge John Nixon whose written reasons for the dismissal will be available next month. Laming has a further avenue of appeal, to the Supreme Court.
