Former top jockey Leanne Isherwood could be facing jailtime after she was spotted buying chicken and a drink from a dairy while serving home detention.
The 35-year-old double Wellington Cup winner was last month sentenced to 12 months home detention after she pleaded guilty to possessing the class A drug methamphetamine, possessing cannabis, and possessing a pipe for drug use.
She was back in Palmerston North District Court yesterday charged with breaching the sentence after twice visiting a dairy without permission.

She was ordered to reappear in court on February 21.
Isherwood was arrested during a police raid on a meth lab in Otaki on the Kapiti Coast on June 21 last year.
Police found 2.7 grams of meth worth between $2000 and $2700 in her car.
Isherwood won her first Wellington Cup aboard Dancing Lord in 1993 and repeated the feat riding Miss Bailey in 1999.
