Ina Canta has earned his share of admirers in a short time.
The three-year-old has raced only once, but he has changed hands twice already and is now ready to resume his fledgling career.
Providing he draws well, he will step out at Ellerslie on Sunday for Te Awamutu horseman Brendon Hawtin in the Brookby Stables 1200.
Originally purchased at Karaka for $37,500 by Gary Vile on behalf of a syndicate of owners, Ina Canta was a debut winner at Trentham in January from the Awapuni trainer's yard.
Following that performance he was bought with a view to joining Paul O'Sullivan's team in Hong Kong.
