Last Sunday's guaranteed terminating $50,000 TAB 6 at the Auckland greyhounds was struck by percentage tickets and the same could apply in tomorrow's Pick 6 terminator. Here's a rundown on some of the leading contenders
Leg 1 4.13pm: That was a massive effort by Hustler to win at Cambridge on Thursday after his tidy NZ debut last Sunday. He's on top again. Include Be Delicious as insurance here. She has been racing up in class lately and returning to her right grade can see her being competitive.
Leg 2: The first of the real tricky legs looms here. Primed To Dash isn't far away from delivering another win. Forget that Hit Da Nos raced on Thursday and go with her prior pair of solid sprints on this track. Drawing the one-trap can help Flying Whale, Llamedos has been delivering sound sprints here lately and Hotwax appeals as a boilover chance.
Leg 3: Have A Yap just keeps on delivering each Sunday and the same is likely to apply tomorrow. Kennelmate Regent Hurricane looms as the main danger to her.
Leg 4: That was a slippery enough last start Wanganui win that Kissin Kate produced to suggest she can repeat here. Bengineer owns the class to make his presence felt from his good draw. Cawbourne Madz delivered a cheeky all-the-way win last Sunday and treat the luckless True Intentions as the Pick 6 spoiler here.
Leg 5: Take as many runners as you can in this leg. Corporal Jones secures a top draw in this even looking field. Miss Arkansas is poised to win at any time. Five Kay Kat received few favours in last week's version of this sprint. Play the Whistle can overcome her poor draw here. Lennonville can slip around the outer and Dossie can handle the class rise.
Leg 6: All the slick sprinter Matanuska needs to do here to maintain his picket fence form line is to start smartly. If he does make an unlikely mistake, then Blue Jean Alice or Ripped Jeans could capitalise.
