Trainer Shaun Dwyer has enjoyed his some of his greatest successes with jockey Michael Rodd and he's hoping it continues with Dutchy's Lass at Sandown.
Rodd will jump aboard the two-year-old filly for the first time in today's Wood Court Inn Plate (1000m) in which she drew barrier one in an eight-horse field.
"I had her entered for a race at Caulfield this Saturday, but at this stage it would be nice just to get her into the winners' circle," said Dwyer, who moved from Deagon in Queensland to Bendigo 10 months ago.
