Anthony Butt is back in business for tomorrow night's Victoria Derby in Melbourne.
The leading Kiwi reinsman yesterday had his appeal against a four-week suspension adjourned until next Thursday.
Butt argued the interference he caused with Mister D G in last Saturday's Ballarat Cup was caused by the veteran stayer breaking down.
While Harness Racing Victoria stewards disagreed with Butt, the appeal panel agreed to the adjournment so expert veterinary advice could be presented.
That means Butt can drive Tuherbs in tomorrow night's A$125,000 ($137,000) Derby.
He also partners Genius in an Interdom heat and Foreal in the mares' feature.
