KEY POINTS:
Changeover and Gotta Go Cullen have drawn alongside each other on the second row in one of the feature races in the Jewels series at Ashburton on Saturday week.
Fields for the nine race Jewels series, boasting prizemoney of $1.5 million, were released yesterday.
The TAB later released its fixed odds markets for the races and installed Changeover, a star in the domestic 3-year-old male races this year, as a $1.60 favourite for the $200,000 Emerald race for colts and geldings.
Bookmakers clearly don't feel the inside draw on the second row will be a problem for him. Gotta Go Cullen starts immediately outside him and is a $5.50 second favourite with Montecito third elect at $7.
NSW visitor Divisive has also drawn the inside of the second row, in the $200,000 Emerald race for 4-year-old geldings and entires over 1609m.
That will make it tough for him, with the in-form Monkey King drawing nicely at two on the front row. The TAB bookies have Monkey King a $1.50 favourite with Divisive ($3.50) the only other contender in single figures.
Class filly One Dream has drawn barrier four in the $200,000 Diamond race for 3-year-old fillies and is a prohibitive $1.15 favourite.
Bachelorette is favourite for the 3-year-old mares pace, while the 2-year-old pacing races look more competitive affairs than some of the events for the older horses.
