Classy mare Vain Queen will be racing for more than just the lion's share of A$150,000 prize money in the All Victorian Sprint Series Final.
Unbeaten at Flemington from three starts, the John Sadler-trained Vain Queen is chasing a first stakes win on Saturday to boost her future broodmare value.
"It's super important," Sadler said.
"It's probably a A$90,000 cheque but it's a hell of a lot more money than that as far as her value is concerned if she is able to win it."
Sadler had hoped to target last month's Group One Tatt's Tiara in Queensland with Vain Queen but her two defeats from as many starts after a long lay-off forced him to shelve those plans.
