Allez Eagle will continue to go forward and you probably need to cover your bets with the Kawi-Allez Eagle quinella.
Stablemate Sancerre (No 5, R10) probably should have beaten Allez Eagle last start instead of being beaten less than half a length, which puts her right in the last race to challenge the likes of The Bold One (No 2).
Sancerre has a future, so does Close Up (No 4), who sprinted quickly late to win here last start and with only six races behind him should improve steadily from here.
What a shame Ultraviolet (No 8) has drawn so wide after her second here last start to Sports Illustrated. She has drawn well on the second day on Sunday and will probably be kept for that.
Two-year-old races with many inexperienced horses at this time of year can be traps. However, if you view the barrier trial of Link Road (No 9, R2) you make a case he can win on debut today, despite the strength of the field.
He kept gong strongly to the finish in his Cambridge trial and has a nice barrier.
Stacks of chances, but Selfie (No 2) made an impression when he made a winning debut at Avondale. Tough race.
Huka Eagle (No 2, R4) was unlucky to run into Volkstock'n'barrel at Ellerslie last start, but was only just beaten and was competitive right to the last stride. He was green early in his brief career, but is learning quickly and has the barrier to get the run of the race here.
Ambitious Unicorn (No 5) is hugely talented as is Ocean Emperor (No 9) and Weigh In (No 13) is a chance to end some puzzling form.
The graveyard is full of those who have put their last on major fancies in the Newmarket (R5), the lead-up to the Railway. Today's running doesn't look easy, but an each-way on Rollout The Carpet (No 6) wouldn't go astray. This is her first run back from a spell and while she will improve with it, she has the class to be competitive. She was unplaced at the Cambridge barrier trials, but had no pressure put on her.
You never quite know with Pinzarra (No 5), but on her day she can match it with most of them. The No 1 gate and the 53kg appeals. She is a must for all multiple bettors.
One of the better bets is Persuasive (No 6, R6). She won her first two this preparation nicely and would have made it three straight if things had gone her way last start.
She has drawn gate one this time, so she should be okay for a late run at them. Biggin Hill (No 1) is talented, but the 59kg is making it tough for him.
Whatever else you do make one of your bets today the Tavy (No 3, R7)-Sardaaj (No 4) quinella. Even in a good-quality field they appeal as the quinella result. If you want a touch more value throw in Charmont (No 7).
Rock Diva (No 10, R8) was unlucky enough to run into Ponderosa Miss last start - enough said. She doesn't this time and additional help will be the step from 1600m to 2100m. She is classy at best and should be going close today.
Coachline (No 2) hasn't had much luck and might go better than his last start unplaced run suggests.
The Zabeel is a tricky race, but if Veyron (No 3, R9) is still $12 with the TAB today have something on him each way. Don't take too much notice of the knockers who say he is a light of another day - today will tell and he should not be at $12.
Ponderosa Miss (No 14) is the mystery runner - is she good enough to make this gigantic leap in one start? She is certainly magical but only this race will tell. Watch the tote on Scintillula (No 12). Her European form is better than this race.
