Bring Me The Maid has arrived in Brisbane to strengthen Melbourne trainer Peter Moody's assault on the winter carnival.
Moody was back where it all started on Saturday to supervise five runners at the Gold Coast meeting.
He was stable foreman for Bill Mitchell when General Nediym won the 1997 Magic Millions 2-Year-Old Classic.
Moody has gone on to become one of Australia's leading trainers and operates stables at Caulfield and Randwick.
He had little luck on Saturday with only one of his runners, Upham, managing a place but he expects to play a big part in the coming weeks.
