Punters can get the first look at the Australian raiders for the Interdominions at Alexandra Park on Saturday.
Several of the 20 Australians coming for the series are expected to compete at the Saturday morning workouts.
That could include former Breeders Crown winner Te Kanarama and Hunter Cup runner-up Flashing Red.
The final acceptances for the series closed yesterday with only Selby Bromac and trotter Sophocles pulling out.
That leaves the pacing series with the perfect 39 entries, meaning no horse who wanted a start will miss out.
But it is different in the trotting series, for which a few missed making the final 26.
Iwi Alex will be the emergency for the series after the Auckland Trotting Club racing committee met on Tuesday night and decided not to extend the series to three heats each night for trotters.
"We are delighted with the final acceptances and are now looking forward to the series starting," said ATC racing supremo Robert Death.
He won't be the only one, with punters to get a huge bonus on opening night.
The TAB is set to announce a guaranteed $1million Pick6 for the opening night, with the jackpot to contain at least four Interdominion heats.
That should draw not only massive local interest but also money from across the Tasman, with Australians never having had the chance to chase a seven-figure pool on their own harness racing. If the Pick6 is not struck it will jackpot to Grand Final night, March 18.
