Takeover Target was back in familiar territory while Scenic Blast had his first experience of English tracks when the pair worked at Newmarket on Saturday.
The Racing Post reported the two Australian sprinters to be fit and well ahead of their respective assignments at the Royal Ascot meeting.
Takeover Target's mission is the Golden Jubilee Stakes on June 20 while Scenic Blast will target the King's Stand on June 16, the first day of the carnival.
Takeover Target won the King's Stand in 2006 and finished third in the Golden Jubilee that year.
The following year he was fourth to Australian Miss Andretti in the King's Stand before failing by only a head to Soldier's Tale in the Golden Jubilee.
Last year the remarkable sprinter finished second to Equiano in the opening day's Group 1 Sprint before finishing fourth to Kingsgate Native in his third attempt at the Golden Jubilee.
He travelled to England following an uncharacteristic performance when he was unplaced in his defence of the Kris Flyer Sprint in Singapore and trainer Joe Janiak was pleased to get him up and going at Newmarket.
"He just speeded up in the last couple of furlongs and hasn't had a proper gallop since he ran in Singapore," Janiak said. "He's travelled over really well and will probably have a gallop next week."
Scenic Blast arrived on Thursday after a flight from Australia and had a leisurely walk on Friday and a canter the following morning.
"He travelled beautifully and I cantered him this morning," trainer Danny Morton said.
"We are going to play it by ear and we won't let him do anything serious until he's bubbling."
Morton said he had not ruled out the Golden Jubilee and both horses could also tackle the July Cup.
Scenic Blast won the Lightning Stakes on January 31 and the Newmarket Handicap on March 7, both down the straight course at Flemington.
Prior to his KrisFlyer failure, Takeover Target scored a record-breaking win in the TJ Smith Stakes at Randwick.
