Team Kiwi Racing will not compete at this weekend's V8 Supercar round at Eastern Creek because of its failure to meet the financial terms of an agreement with Ford Performance Racing.
"I can tell you it's in the hands of our lawyers," FPR commercial director Rob Barrett said yesterday. "The deal was terminated last Friday." It is understood TKR owe several hundred thousand dollars.
