Caroline Powell's mount Lenamore jumped back into possible contention for New Zealand representation with a clear showjumping round on the final day of the Badminton Horse Trials in England yesterday.
The performance pulled them up from seventh after the cross-country to a final placing of fifth - the best of the New Zealand contingent.
The overnight leader, Australia's Paul Tapner, held his nerve to jump a clear round on Inonothing and take the title.
