In a feat that needs to be seen to be believed, French runner Floria Guei stunned the athletics world this week in a thrilling come from behind victory.
You don't need to be able to speak French to understand the pure adulation in the voices of the commentators as Guei stormed to the finish line after trailing by about 10 meters for most of the 400 meter leg at the European Championships in Zurich.

The final runner in the 4×400 relay, Guei was placed fourth at the last baton change and looked out of medal contention.
The three lead competitors from Russia, Ukraine and Britain were neck-and-neck and considerably out ahead.
