New Zealand's blade runner Liam Malone, who won double gold at the recent Paralympics, will sit down with Laura McGoldrick at NZME at 4.15pm to talk about his recent Rio experiences.

Malone returned from Rio with the rest of the Paralympics team this morning after winning gold with Paralympic record-breaking times in the men's 400m T43 (46.20s) and 200m T32 (21.06s) events and also claimed silver in the 100m (11.02s).
He revealed to the Herald this morning he's now set on breaking the national able bodied record and becoming the fastest man in the country over 400m.
