Jacqueline Freney has marked herself down as one of Australia's greatest Paralympians after equalling the national record for gold medals at a single Games.
The swimmer captured her sixth title in the S7 50m freestyle in London to match Siobhan Paton's haul from the 2000 Sydney Games.
Freney, who has cerebral palsy diplegia, still has two events to go.
The races include the 20-year-old's pet event - the 400m freestyle on tomorrow.
"It is unbelievable. I did not expect six golds," she said. "I was just hoping for one, let alone six."
