New Zealander Mitchey Greig has missed out on the quarterfinals of the women's ski-cross at the Winter Olympics in Canada today.
The 21-year-old finished fourth and last in her heat to exit the competition.
She had earlier finished 30th in the time trial, from which 32 of the 35 entrants progressed to the four-woman heats.
Greig posted a time of one minute 22.52 seconds, with the quickest time of 1min 17.15sec set by Sweden's Anna Holmlund.
Compatriot Ben Griffin's Winter Olympics ended after he failed to complete the first run in the men's giant slalom.
Griffin was one of nine competitors in the 101-strong field to exit early at Whistler near Vancouver.
He came off the course in the first half of the run, leaving New Zealand performance programme director Ashley Light in a philosophical mood.
"When you're giving it your all, it doesn't take much to come out,", he said.
"It's gutting as Ben has been on fire. The course is indiscriminate in its relentless technicality and Ben was not on his own."
American Bode Miller, who has won both gold and silver medals at the Games, also failed to finish the demanding course.
It means Griffin's Olympic campaign has come to an end.
Despite a strong start, a mid-course tactical error last week saw Griffin fail to complete the Super G in which teammate Tim Cafe finished 38th.
