Eleven Greek weightlifters have been suspended for two years after testing positive for the banned steroid methyltrienolone.
The International Weightlifting Federation said yesterday Greece will still be able to send a team of four weightlifters - three men and a woman - to the Beijing Olympics.
The banned athletes have not been named and the Greek federation has copped a US250,000 ($330,000) fine.
