Double world triathlon champion Emma Carney is hellbent on competing at the Olympics - either through the Australian courts or another sport.
Carney, sensationally left out of the Australian triathlon team, will have her appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport heard next week.
While waiting for her day in court, Carney has been sweating it out preparing for the Australian track and field Olympic trials next month.
She is hoping to gain selection in the 5000m and 10,000m, but will have to shave at least a minute off her personal best times to qualify in either.
