Two of the world's top sports champs came head-to-head at an All Blacks training session yesterday.
Double Olympic gold medallist Mahe Drysdale met and spoke with members of the team - including All Black captain Kieran Read - at Alexandra Park, in Auckland, ahead of this weekend's Bledisloe match.
Drysdale later took to social media, posting a photo of himself flanked by the players. He said: "Great day out with the ABs today. Enjoyed being a sponge and just disappointed I didn't get some more time.
"Do the business this weekend and see you in Chicago!''
He also pointed out fullback Israel Dagg's clever pose, with his legs out in front of him and holding his hands out as if gripping an oar.
