KEY POINTS:
New Zealand's top rowers are counting on a month of good weather as they finalise preparations for next month's Olympics.
The team is back in the country ten days after three World Cup regattas in Europe.
Endurance training is high on the agenda for single skulls rower Mahe Drysdale ahead of the Olympics. Drysdale says he knows exactly where the work lies. He says his first 1000 metres have been good but his endurance is not up to scratch so it is an area to focus on.
Drysdale says the on-water conditions have been great since they returned, therefore there is no reason to question the decision to come home before the Games.
He believes he will need to take at least two seconds off his current best time in order to win gold.
