Rio Olympics 2016: Gymnast meets her Hollywood crush Zac Efron

Yes, the dreams of athletes come true when they win at the Olympic Games, but this is especially the case for 19-year-old American gymnast Simone Biles.

Not only is Biles going home with some medals for her incredible athletic performance, she also met actor Zac Efron.

Efron got in touch with Biles through social media and offered his congratulations on her success before making it to Rio to greet her in person.

Photos on Twitter reveal the actor puckering up next to Biles. He also appeared on her Snapchat much to the glee of her team mates.

Biles' Efron-crush has been well documented following a public admission on Ellen in March.

"Is it just 'cause he's gorgeous, is that why you like him?" Ellen DeGeneres asked, to which Biles responded a resounding, "Yes!"

Efron posed for photos with other members of Team USA, all of whom seemed pretty swept away by the scenario.
