Kenya's Nixon Chepseba has won an appeal to be reinstated to the men's 1500m field - a man New Zealand's Nick Willis won't be too pleased to see back.
Chepseba looked to have been knocked out of the Olympic field after tripping and failing to qualify for the semifinals during Willis' heat.
However, the Kenyan Olympic Committee have successfully appealed that their athlete was un-sportingly impeded and the third-fastest 1500m runner this season will contest the semifinals.
A statement from the IAAF said "The Kenyan team made an oral protest with the referee after heat three of the men's 1500m.
"The referee considered that athlete Nixon Kiplimo Chepseba (bib number 2295) had been seriously disadvantaged and decided to advance him to the semifinal as an additional athlete."
