The Olympics is over for the New Zealand athletes but there is still plenty of action on the final day in London. Here's a breakdown of what's happening on day 16.
Athletics:
The men's marathon begins at 10pm which closes the athletics meet in London. Kenya's Wilson Kipsang is the one to watch after he ran the second fastest time in history last year while Ethiopia's Ayele Abshero and Dino Sefir have been in strong form this year. Like the women's race the marathon starts and finishes in The Mall.
Mountain biking:
France's Julien Absalon sets out to defend his Olympic title as the men take on the mountain biking track at Hadleigh Farm. The race begins at 12.30am.
Boxing:
Five golds will be decided in the boxing ring with Kazakhstan looking to close a successful Games with two more golds. Great Britain also has two athletes competing in finals in its final hopes to add to the 28 golds won in London.
Basketball:
The United States look to lock up their fifth basketball gold in the last six Olympiads when they face Spain in the men's final at 2am. The odds are stacked heavily on the Dream Team's favour with the likes of LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant and Chris Paul in their side.
