President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva made an impassioned pitch to host the 2016 Olympics yesterday, saying Brazil deserved to host the games and not be treated like a "second-class citizen". Rio de Janeiro, Chicago, Madrid and Tokyo are finalists to host the games.
