Olympics: Let the flame begin

The Olympic torch will be lit by a cast of actresses in Olympia, Athens, on Wednesday and begin its four-month trek to Sydney.

The torch will pass through New Zealand next month, starting in Queenstown on June 5 and reaching Auckland two days later.

Olympic champions such as Danyon Loader and Russell Coutts are among those who will be handling the torch.
