Brazil's top Olympic official says the South American country is aiming to finish in the top 10 in the medal count at the
2016 Rio Games.
Carlos Arthur Nuzman, president of Brazil's Olympic committee, announced the target on Monday in a meeting with Brazil President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.
Countries that host the Olympics usually improve on their previous medal tallies.
