Henderson sprints to win

Olympic track rider Greg Henderson warmed up for the Athens Games with victory in a 100km criterium in New York yesterday.

Henderson, who will ride the madison and the points race in Greece, was riding for the Health Net team and won the race on a tight, technical course with a strong late sprint.

Fellow Athens-bound track rider Hayden Godfrey finished 11th.
