Former New Zealand track coach Justin Grace has been appointed Britain's sprint coach as they prepare for a strong performance at the Rio Olympics in 2016.
Grace left BikeNZ in May last year, citing family reasons, along with a belief that other elements needed to change if Olympic gold medals were to be won.
He joined the French squad shortly after - helping to guide Francois Pervis to three individual gold medals at this year's world championships in Colombia - and after 15 months he's off to be part of what is expected to be one of the strongest teams at Rio.
Grace, a successful former track sprinter, rode at the 2002 and 2006 Commonwealth Games and had a large hand in the development of the young group of sprint riders, including Sam Webster, Ethan Mitchell and Eddie Dawkins, who are now at the forefront of the sprint cycling world.
