A new sport has been added to the Sydney Olympics - the legal challenge.
It seems that if at first you don't get selected for the Australian team, you can try, try again in court.
The latest case involves four Aussie triathletes - Greg Bennett, Brad Beven, Emma Carney, and Jackie Gallagher - who have appealed against their sport's decision not to include them in the Olympic team.
Boxer Chris Hamilton, a world junior silver medallist, is fighting his exclusion from the Australian trials through injury. He will not have helped his cause by saying boxing is run by "stupid old farts."
Yachties and cyclists have already had their day in court, with no success.
