An audio man working the NFL game in Minneapolis for Fox found himself in a terrible spot at the worst possible moment Sunday: He was left looking at the onrushing Minnesota Vikings as they ran through the tunnel, over him and onto the field before Sunday's game.
It wasn't pretty, but let's note immediately that Bernie Beaudry, who was holding a parabolic mic, is fine and went on to work his regular shift, according to the network. He apparently was no worse for wear for having failed to cross the tunnel in a timely fashion and meeting defensive tackle Linval Joseph head-on.
Oof.
