Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick has been given permission by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell to play in the third game of the league's regular season. Vick, jailed for 18 months after being convicted of bankrolling a dogfighting ring, had previously been told by Goodell full reinstatement would be considered by week six.
