"Three nights in a row they've come out here and put their heart and soul into what they're doing, and that's what we need to see."
With a 25 point lead heading into the third quarter, Southby made sure to give almost her entire bench a run on court, trialling some never-before-seen combinations.
"We ran most people through and I think it was good," said Southby.
"The more you can keep the opposition guessing and the more you can mix it up the more you're going to get the ball, that's why we've got to keep using these opportunities."

Jamaica lived up to their "unorthodox" name to stun the Ferns in a feisty and physical match at the North Shore Events Centre.
Southby admitted that the Ferns were too hesitant against Jamaica, but said she was confident in the team's ability to bounce back.
"We got a bit hesitant, we didn't play with the confidence that we can play with and the confidence that girls have been building over the last couple of weeks, so I think that's the big one to work on," said Southby.
"Certainly I thought that our numbers were pretty good across the board … We've got to stick to what we're trying to do, which is to create ball and attack it further up the court, and we're guilty of not doing that as much as what we could do."
"We've got to go back and debrief this and just get our heads into tomorrow and work out what's best for the team in the short-term and long-term ... but bring it on."
