The Silver Ferns have touched down in Singapore and have already hit the training court ahead of the World Champs.
The 12 strong squad has arrived to a welcoming committee of a group of Kiwi fans.
Defender Liana de Bruin says coach Ruth Aitken got them on the court to loosen up.
She says they also focused on defensive structures so they get their mind into netball straight away.
de Bruin says they were surprised by a warm welcome at the airport.
The Silver Ferns first game is on Monday.
