Silver Ferns netball coach Ruth Aitken has named one new cap in the 12-person squad for upcoming tests against Australia and South Africa.
Otago Rebels midcourter Debbie White made the cut after a strong National Bank Cup season, while Waikato/Bay of Plenty Magic defender Joline Henry was recalled.
Aitken has retained 10 players from the squad who won Commonwealth Games gold in March.
Missing from that squad are injured shooter Jodi Te Huna and former skipper Anna Rowberry who retired from international netball in May.
Atiken said White would provide strong options throughout the midcourt and had performed consistently well all season, while Henry was one of the stand-out defenders.
While the squad has strength in defence and the midcourt, the shooting stocks look thin.
Only three shooters were named -- Irene van Dyk, Maria Tutaia and Belinda Colling.
The Silver Ferns will play a two-test series against Australia in Brisbane and Sydney on July 22 and 25 respectively before facing South Africa in Auckland on July 31.
Silver Ferns squad: Irene van Dyk (Magic), Maria Tutaia (Diamonds), Belinda Colling (Sting), Adine Wilson captain (Sting), Temepara George (Force), Debbie White (Rebels), Laura Langman (Magic), Leana de Bruin (Force), Casey Williams (Magic), Anna Scarlett (Diamonds), Joline Henry (Magic), Vilimaina Davu (Flames).
