Netball: Silver Ferns lose midcourter

Silver Ferns midcourter Liana Barrett-Chase has been ruled out of the netball squad for the remaining two tests against Australia.

Barrett-Chase is undergoing rehabilitation due to a calf strain.

Experienced defender Sheryl Scanlan has been added to the 12-strong side.

Squad named today for tests in Invercargill on Sunday and Auckland next Wednesday:

Temepara George (vice-captain), Katrina Grant, Paula Griffin, Joline Henry, Laura Langman, Sheryl Scanlan, Wendy Telfer, Anna Thompson, Maria Tutaia, Irene van Dyk, Larrissa Willcox, Casey Williams (captain).
