Silver Ferns shooter Jodi Brown has announced her retirement from international netball following the final game of the 2015 New World Netball Series for the Constellation Cup.
Brown leaves the international arena having played 61 Tests for the Silver Ferns since making her debut against Niue in Kingston, Jamaica in July, 2003.
She was part of New Zealand's 2003 World Cup-winning team, and won silver medals at the 2007 and 2015 World Cups, and the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
Brown says she feels the time is right to finish her international netball career and take more time to be with her husband and young family.
"It has been an enormous privilege to be part of such an incredible team beginning my career as the junior in the 2003 World Cup team and now ending it as part of an outstanding Silver Ferns senior leadership group," Brown said.
