KEY POINTS:
Diamonds shooter Paula Griffin is New Zealand netball's latest bolter after the uncapped shooter was today named in the Silver Ferns squad to tour England next month.
Griffin, 18, was one of three shooters named for the brief series against England, Australia and England A.
In the shooters circle Griffin joins the recalled Jodi Te Huna and veteran Irene Van Dyk.
Coach Ruth Aitken said both Griffin and Te Huna had showed strong form in the Silver Ferns' squad camps over the last six months to warrant selection.
Te Huna's recall comes after the Rebels sharp-shooter was cruelly ruled out of New Zealand's Commonwealth Games campaign last year when she ruptured knee ligaments in their final warm-up match.
The Silver Ferns went on to claim the gold medal.
"Jodi brings versatility in the shooting circle and matched with her international experience gives the Silver Ferns team the depth we were looking for in the attacking line-up," Aitken said.
In the 11-women squad Aitken also named four midcourters and four defenders.
