Some good news for the Southern Sting after a couple of tough weeks in netball's National Bank Cup.
Silver Fern midcourter Adine Wilson has come through a fitness test on a knee injury with flying colours, and will play against the Force on Sunday in Invercargill.
Wilson has not yet played in the competition this year and has watched the team lose two games in a row for the first time in history.
She is dying to get on court this season, but is not sure whether she will play the whole game.
Wilson says her medical team has told her the pros and cons of getting back on court and recommended she take care of her body while it returns to match fitness.
She says her leg is feeling great and she has not felt any twinges when she trains, but she will not overdo things in her comeback game.
Wilson says she will just see how the game goes and take things as they come.
