Australian vice-captain Sharelle McMahon has pledged her future to the Melbourne Vixens, the Victorian team in the new transtasman netball competition.
The Vixens will become the Victorian representative in the league, which will include five Australian and five New Zealand teams and starts next year.
While player contracts have yet to be drawn up, McMahon confirmed she would play for the Vixens, resisting several approaches from other teams.
