The Waikato-Bay of Plenty Magic have adjusted their training as they build to Monday's ANZ Championship preliminary final against the Northern Mystics in Auckland.
The Magic have won ten games on the trot, while the Mystics lost their most recent outing to the Melbourne Vixens to miss out on hosting the final.
Coach Noeline Taurua says they've made some changes in their preparation.
"The routines or the systems have stayed the same but we started to taper off so instead of looking at quality we're just looking at short, sharp sets and that's proved to be quite good coming out of the last training we had."
Trusts Stadium is already sold out.
